Reset your password

Open the sign-in page and choose Forgot your password?. Enter your account's email address, then choose Send reset link.

MicroKorean and SubLearn use the same password for your account. Changing it here also changes the password you use on SubLearn.

Choose a new password

Open the link in the reset email. Enter a new password of at least 8 characters and repeat it in the confirmation field. Choose Change password, then sign in with your new password.

Each link works once and expires after 60 minutes. If it no longer works, request another link and use the newest email.

If the email doesn't arrive

Check your spam or junk folder and confirm that you entered your account's email address. The request page shows the same confirmation even when the address has no account.

Wait at least a minute before requesting another link. Another request for the same address within that minute won't send an extra email.

If you still can't sign in, contact us about your account. Include your account's email address and describe what happened. Don't send your password or reset link.
