If someone else may be using your account

After using a shared computer or someone else's device, sign out of your account. Closing the browser window may leave you signed in. Avoid saving your password on a shared device.
If you notice activity that is not yours
- On a device you trust, reset your password. Choose a password you do not use for another service.
- Contact us about your account and describe the unfamiliar activity or sign-in problem.
- Include your account email and when the problem happened. Add the device or browser name if you know it.
This page does not let you inspect other devices or sign them out remotely. Do not assume a password reset has immediately signed out every device. If you are worried about another device keeping access, say so in your request.
Check your email account too
Anyone with access to your account inbox may be able to receive password-reset messages. If you suspect someone has also accessed your email, check the password and security settings with your email provider.
MicroKorean and SubLearn use the same password for your account. Changing it here means you must use the new password on SubLearn too. A support request does not guarantee that every session on another website ends immediately.
Keep sensitive details out of your message
Do not send passwords, reset links or verification codes. Hide them in any screenshot you attach.
Checking account ownership and resolving a problem can take time.
