Choose the scope of your request
Tell us whether you want all your account information or particular records. Also say whether you mean the information held for MicroKorean or your whole account shared with SubLearn.
If you do not know which records exist, describe what you are looking for. We will check what is held and explain what we can provide and any next steps. We cannot supply records that have already been deleted and are no longer held.
Account ownership and timing
Send the request from your account email if you can. If you cannot access that inbox, use another email address where you can receive a reply and tell us the registered account address in your message.
We may need to check that you own the account before sending personal information. Do not include passwords, reset links or verification codes in your initial request.
We fulfill data-access requests within the time required by applicable law. Where the UK GDPR applies, we must provide the personal information covered by a valid access request without undue delay and normally within one month. This is a deadline for fulfilling the request, rather than simply acknowledging your email.
For complex or multiple requests, the law may allow an extension of up to two further months. We must tell you about an extension and explain its reasons within the first month. We will explain if we need further information or another step. Your applicable data-access rights remain unchanged.
Keep the copy private
The records may contain personal information. Save them securely on your own device rather than uploading them to a public forum or online file converter. If something seems missing, follow up on the same request and tell us what you need.
If you plan to delete your account, request and receive anything you want to keep first. Asking for a data copy does not request deletion. See delete your account for what to check before sending that request.
